Chloe Elizabeth has shared a picture of herself leaving hospital with her son Romeo in baby carrier nine weeks after she gave birth to him.
The model, 22, and her boyfriend welcomed their little bundle of joy 11 weeks prematurely in October and he has been staying in the neonatal intensive care unit at the RVI and Sunderland hospital ever since.
But on Friday, Chloe celebrated finally taking him home as she posted a picture of him holding his carrier as she left the hospital, alongside a caption about how proud she is of her ‘little superman’.

In the image, Chloe could be seen carrying an oxygen tank over her shoulder which was attached to her little boy and was helping him breathe.
Alongside the image, Chloe wrote: ‘We did it Romeo, you did it.Nearly 9 whole weeks I have watched you fight every single day, it has been the hardest thing I’ve ever had to face, but you NEVER give up and I am SO PROUD of you.
There is no words to explain how much of a rollercoster the NICU has been but if do it all again if it meant I got you as the end result.Romeo you truly are my little superman, I am the luckiest girl alive to be ur mammy.

The couple took to social media to share her shock and distress at the early arrival of their son Romeo in October.
Since his birth, Chloe has been sharing updates on her son’s health on Instagram, regularly posting pictures of him on her page.
Chloe shared a video where she described son Romeo’s arrival 11 weeks early — and the emotional trauma she is going through whilst he is in intensive care.
Lying in bed, the beauty apologised for ‘looking rough’ but said she had an excuse and went on to graphically detail Romeo’s early arrival.

Looking emotional she said ‘I have shared so much of my pregnancy journey on here, and maybe its a good thing to get it of my chest.’
‘Its only been two weeks and it hasn’t really settled in for me, what the hell’s happening.’
She added ‘If you’ve been in this position yourself you will know how hard it is.’
‘You will know how hard it is, It’s physically exhausting and mentally draining;’

Chloe went on to graphically detail the emergency surgery that ensued to ensure her son’s safe arrival.
She revealed that she was given an emergency C section and that Romeo was whisked away to a specialist baby unit in another hospital.

Later on that day she took to her Instagram stories to give her followers an update on Romeo’s health as she revealed that he’s had ‘a couple of setback’, before gushing that her boy was an ‘absolute trooper’.
The image sees little Romeo sleeping while wrapped up in a white blanket with breathing tubes inserted in his nose.
Alongside the image, his mother, wrote: ‘Romeo☁️.11 weeks early • 18/10/21 • 11:55am • 2lb4.
‘My little trooper, you will never understand how special and truly loved you are, it still doesn’t feel real yet. I Can’t wait to get you home and be your Mam forever.’
The message garnered a plethora of congratulatory messages as her followers shared their delight over the new arrival.
While Romeo’s dad Luis, 27, commented with a series of red heart emojis.

Chloe later took to her Instagram stories to give a further update on her son, where she revealed that he’s had ‘a couple of set backs’, but that he’s a ‘trooper’ and she ‘couldn’t be more proud of him’.
She penned: ‘As you can imagine the past couple weeks have truly been the best but most difficult weeks I’ve ever had to face, it’s so hard to speak to a dr and then not able to tell you that your son is gonna be ok.

The former star confirmed the couple’s exciting news on Instagram, as he called his unborn baby a ‘little blessing’ and told fans he cannot wait to meet his new addition when they finally arrive.
To announce their baby joy, both Luis and Chloe shared the same cute snap to social media that featured two baby grows and polaroid pictures of their baby scan.
While one baby grow had ‘I love my Daddy’ embroidered across it, the other had ‘I love my Mummy’.
Among the baby scan pictures were loved-up snaps of Luis and Chloe together, with the footballer captioning his post: ‘2021 turned out alright then! Can’t wait to meet you.Our little blessing…’
Chloe shared the same photo with her Instagram followers and joked that she thought she had ‘escaped’ the lockdown baby boom.
